For Thanksgiving.....

"It takes my mom 3 days to decorate our house!"

Before I retired, my seasonal office decoration consisted of an 8" high "tree" upon which I had hung a single round of 5.56 ammunition.  When that rare client brave enough to ask what this decoration signified, I would adopt a look of astonishment and accuse him of taking me in jest, for surely he recognized the reference!  When he continued to proclaim ignorance, I would chide:  Surely my good man, you recognize a cartridge in a bare tree!

I guess you had to be there.

I have to share that with my parents.  I really just laughed quite hard. 

Hope The Professor sees that,  it'll make his day!
