Getting notions in bulk

This place has really helped me. I can get standard buttons in packs of 12 for $3 instead of cards of 2 for $3
Feather lite or rigline boning, 20+ yard rolls for $20+
36 yards of non roll elastic for $13.50, at Joann's it's $.99 a yard.
I get 1000 yds Guterman Thread for $2.50, instead of Coats and Clark 250 yard spools for $2.50
I also can get cones of good cotton/poly thread of 6000 yards each for $7.50 each . How many spools of white or black thread do you go through?

They do cheap shipping but it will take 5 days.  They do tracking for you, and really have been great to work with.

Example:I had to make 3 pirate coats, 4 period vests all of which required 3/4"(30L) buttons.  That totaled out to 72 buttons.  I only spent $10. 

If other people have suggestions of other places I would love to hear them.

Seriously this site has saved me so much money in the long run. When I had to at the last minute make 6 pairs of bloomer pants having 10 yards of  1 inch wide elastic on hand at 11 pm at night was a god send.  I will say this place is evil BUT I'm getting quite the button stash.  When it is 12 for $2.50 ... heee
