Yet Another Earthquake

Today, many of us in the Austin area broke in our new Sherwood Forest Faire.  It was a day of feasting, shopping, and great entertainment.  It was the best day I have had in a long time.  I cherish these little escapes from the mundane world.

As I watch the news reports about the fallout from this latest earthquake I am reminded that there are many in the world who would would desperately love to have a mundane life right now.  I'd like to just take a moment at the end of my amazing, fun day and think about these poor souls who are suffering.

It is my prayer for each of them that they can find some peace tonight.  And I'm reminded that in a world where our time is finite, I'm thankful that I got to spend today with some of you fine folks.
