I have been searching the web for hours for a good pouch. I am looking for a leather pouch that is not soft like a bag, with a clasp, of decent size. Any suggestions, websites, etc. would be greatly appreciated

If you want to buy local, you should check Faires websites for your area.  They may list the artisans for that Faire so you have an idea of what is available.  Then, at Faire, you can pick and choose what you want, rather than relying on a photo.  Just go and buy early in the day so you are not walking around carrying the stuff in your hand that you wanted to put in the pouch.
Always on the lookout for my next noble cause.

And because a flail don't need reloading, that's why.

I'm with Robert on this one: this is a perfect item to buy on site at Fair. You'll be able to see the merchandise in person and pick out exactly what you want.

A lot depends on how H/A you want to be.  I have done this on a few occasions and even have had luck in selling some of my creations.  I go to valley mission, flea markets, and thrift stores and find ladies purses.  If I find one that is applicable, I cut the staps off, loop them and either sew, or use rawhide thong to attach them to the purse and then run a belt thru the loops.  My main pouch was made that way.

My pouch is a bag I picked up one day at Penney's! For whatever reason, the designers put belt straps on the back of it (a baffling mundane design decision, but perfect for a Rennie!). Every season I tell myself I'm going to buy a Fair-made one, but so far I haven't fallen in love with one. You can see it here.

I love Mojo Leather for my belts and mug hangers.  I purchased my latest wood and leather pouch from Green Man Leather on Etsy.  Green Man Leather is the other half of Dancing Pig Pottery.  I love my new bag and I can't wait for faire now!
