So, it looks like we may be camping Roman weekend and attending faire that saturday.  Also, the boy & I will be there on the day after turkey day with various portions of my family.  I'm sure my 17 yo niece will be at my side the whole time since I'm the cool aunt who dresses up, totally understands the obsession (I started it), and won't be leaving after 2-3 hours. 

My boy has finally decided that he wants a knight outfit and a king outfit.    So I'm headed to Joanns today for fabric...  At least he didn't wait until the week to tell me this!  And I still haven't made my new skirt I've been planning for over a year...  But the urge has finally struck, I'm sure this beautiful weather has something to do with it!!

I am so excited, Chris and I will be able to make it on Opening Saturday. Not sure about any other times though.

I will be there opening weekend with young Sir Joseph, protector of the faeries and all that is magical, and master slayer of horrid peeps. He has taken to slaying candy corn as well, as he believes this to be the favored food of the dreaded peeps!

Alas, my beloved Yard Troll will be amis this year as he is in a far away land, with no yards...only sand  

No clue where my camp will be as I have no clan, so it will be where ever I hang my wings and wand I guess.

Also no idea what other weekend or weekends I might be out at the moment. I have a prior commitment on 1001 Dreams (my absolute FAVORITE due to the magical qualities) but Highland Fling is a possibility as I do love the lads in kilts!! Love to watch me some pleat swing I do!!  

I will have a few differant flavors of loki this year as well, but Milky Way Galaxy and Pumpkin pie are on the list, as well as Apple pie loki.

I just found out I will also be able to attend on Roman Bacchanal and Barbarian Invasion weekends.  Will be hotelling, but will try to stop by the campgrounds and visit for awhile before heading out.

Oh, yes, that reminds me... my +1 is also not only a TRF virgin, but she's never been to a hard site before, either.  Our home Faire is a one weekend soft site, with only a very few period tents, and this will be the only other Faire she's ever been to...

Ok, late to the game...been an insane year. The lady Adela and myself will be camping opening weekend and All Hallows Eve weekend with the Celtic Rogues, and probably go crash with Pheonix Risen for Thanks giving.
