Anybody know of a good place online to get a  hat . Not sure exactly what I want yet still working on  garb. Just would like some ideas.The hats for a female.

I have a tall toad that I love.  If you decide on a Blonde Swan, I recommend that you shop on line but purchase in person.  I had problems with their online shopping.

Right now, I have two of their hats and I can tell you Alex and Elisabeth will bend over backwards to make things right if you have issues.

To be fair to the Blonde Swan, I ordered one of their hats 2 years ago after seeing their online shop posted here.  Unfortunately, I did not recieve my hat, I greived my order through paypal and was able to get a full refund.  Several months later, I was at Pennsic and I met with Elizabeth who was very upset when I told her what happened.  She explained that about the time I placed my order, their main email account for orders was hacked by a spambot and all incoming messages were either bouncing or going straight to the spam folder.  She offered to make the hat I wanted right there and then.  While I was unable to purchase the hat at that time, she did give me a card with a note that whenever I decide to purchase I will get a discount because of the problems with the original order.  I do not blame them for what happened, I just will purchase in person to make sure it does not happen again.
