Swordsman's Pants Pattern?

I was hoping one of you fine folks would know where to find a pattern for Swordsman's Pants?
I am looking for baggy, yet tight on the lower leg, with lacing, any ideas?

I am making some pants off a pattern from the book The Tudor Tailor that I modified to fit my idea. Basically used the book pattern to give me the general shapes I needed to cut then changed the length and added my own decorations etc. You might be able to do something similar. The pants I am making will be baggy but gather just below the knee and tuck into my boots. I will post pictures whenever I get them done.
