Fair looking for vendors in New York

We are building a Victorian themed fair in Rome, New York that opens in the last weekend in July and runs 6 weeks. We have the perfect site that includes several period buildings and a steam train. We will be advertising on local television and radio, as well as every newspaper within 50 miles. We are anticipating between 5,000 and 20,000 patrons a day.
