spending a long day in the ER and coming home better but tired; hearing hubby head downstairs after getting me settled, then hearing him falling.... being able to get him upright  and to a doc today.  Neither of us able to work, both of us recovering.... getting old is belch, surviving it.... pretty cool.

My friend from college arrived in FL last night. I got to see him today for the first time in over a year, and he and his mom accompanied me to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, and then she took us out for dinner to Roys (super nice restaurant)! Swonderful day!

And I finally got to Joanns, and bought the lace to finish my chemise a la reine.

Getting home from work last night and 1) haveing an appitate for what was for dinner.  2)  my stomache not being a huge painful knot that would require me to be on the couch all night 3)  Getting all the things that I had been putting off due to the past 2 days having my stomache in said knots, all done,4)  AND still have energy to spend time with the PP
Now today, the fact I woke up with out said knots, and so far today, they haven't reared their ugly head.

So sue me, I like the simple things in life.

being told this morning by a co-worker that her daughter wants to be in band next year (6th grade), and her first choice for an instrument is BAGPIPES! (yeah, that's not going to happen because Granbury doesn't have bagpipes in their band program, but ya gotta love a kid who wasn't exposed to them until sometime in September and now wants to play them!)
