Girdle tutorial?

Does anyone know of a girdle tutorial?  I'm talking about the beaded/chain kind, not the cincher kind.  When I google it all I come up with are corset instructions!

Try looking for beaded or chain belts, and add the time period to 'girdle'.

Not a tutorial but a great place to find examples of Renaissance Girdles is Sir Clisto's web site. He has info on just about anything Medieval or Renaissance. Check out his Jewelry/Wares/Books & other Accessories link below. Illusion Jewels has some nice stuff.....
