Do you recognize this garb?

KCRF is the Kansas City Renaissance Festival, and this isn't the work of any vendor there I recognize. Plus our cast doesn't usually wear off-the-rack garb--I'm sure they don't want playtrons popping into a shop and buying the same thing the cast members are wearing!
