Brewing Guilds in Nor Cal?

If I can find a guild that plays with making beer and ale, I might just get my husband to faire with me once in a while.  So....anyone know of any in the Sacramento, CA area or nearby?

I've been starting brewing with some help from the crafters here, but after hearing about the brew parties down south, I'd love to find other interested parties around here (Sacramento).

My wife and I are trying to work our way back into the faire world, any meeting locals would help.

what fairs do you attend Hoowil?  I've seen you on the mead-making forums:)  How have they been going?  My first batch is almost gone....more offline if you want...straying from topic:)
