My sinuses were bugging me and my eyes were irritated from the dust, but this wasn't a bad year. In the past I've had heat exhaustion, swollen feet and ankles, and that horrid never-ending sore throat. Must be something in the Tennessee air because that's the only faire where I always seem to suffer from some type of ailment.

That was actually a combination of pipe weed and allergies.  But the Baba (for breakfast!) helped incredibly!
