I'm with ya, bro.  Got hit with some unexpected expenses the past few weeks, but will still try to scrape enough together to get to TRF.  For me, faire is what makes the rest of the year bearable.

I can third that. My grants were supposed to be in already, and they're taking their damn sweet time. I still have bits of costume to purchase. It's like, omg if faire could just wait for one more damn week, everything would be ok. I'm happy with my character so far, but another week of rehearsals could be used and greatly appreciated.

~ The Thursday before Faire doesn't count because I am a Landgrabber and will be leaving early Thursday morning to stake out McLot camp...

~The Friday before Faire doesn't count because I will be drinking beer at the campground...so faire has already started for me!
