Pay bar maid
Drink ale
Smile because I am at faire

I saw a recipe called the Bonnie Pearl somewhere:
1 oz coconut rum
1 oz pineapple rum
1 oz Captain Morgan's
2 oz heavy cream stirred with 1 oz grenadine
a squeeze of lime juice

serve over ice in a tall glass;
drizzle in just enough clear soda to top off.

Oh cool and that sounds yummy!  Will have to try it.
