Don your best kilt all ye lads and lassies, Highland Fling is coming!

Contests this weekend:

11:00am - Revels Stage - Highland Fling Dance contest

2:00pm - Arena - Bonnie Knees Contest (where we ladies get to ogle the men for a change!)

4:00pm - Revels Stage - Haggis Eating Contest

Also, throughout the day and throughout the village, we will be having a scavenger hunt, details to be announced Saturday morning!



(As per usual, these contests are open to patrons only, and the eating contests are not open to minors.   Thank you!)

I can't imagine an eating contest of Haggis. All those grains are pretty filling. Not to mention a whole real haggis is not small.

Worry not.   Our eating contests are about speed.  Everybody receives the same amount, usually a very generous dinner-sized portion, and the first to finish is the winner.

Don't forget the sheep hunt! I think the little girl that won found something like 147 sheep, what a hoss!!!
