Speaking of need... I have a friend here who is bringing 4 kids to Faire for closing, 3 of whom qualify for the adult ticket... and while they've managed to find 8 of the early season pass tickets for $13 each, and 3 free kids tix, they are still in need of another 4 adult tickets.  If anyone has more extras they would like to gift, or season tickets they can sell at that same low rate, it would be a huge help to this family!  

Everyone who has responded to this is just amazing, and it makes me so proud and pleased to be part of a group that is so willing to help each other this way... and hopefully I can either return the favor someday, or "forward" it!

I'm checking right now, Lady D!  Thank you so much for wanting to help!  I really love the way Rennies have been networking to try and help each other out with getting to Faire!  I'm all for supporting our Faires through ticket sales, though sometimes just getting there can be the biggest expense, and when you have a large family to bring then the discount tickets can really make a huge difference!  Sometimes it's the difference between being able to go... or not. 

It would be nice to have a Ticket Share and/or Ride Share board here in the forums, so we could all network even more to help each other get to Faire!  I don't know if it would need to be listed in the individual Faire Forums, Regional Forums, Market Square, Classifyds or just in it's own Forum, but it would be a great resource for anyone who needed to find tickets, or a ride, and for people wanting to sell or give away extra tickets, or looking for riders who could help with gas/driving to get to Faire.

Well, looks like quite a few people have been helped here, or privately, by so many others... and it reminds me of how very fortunate we all are to have this place, and each other, and to be able to help in whatever small or large ways we can!  I've had fun with this, and enjoyed being able to make so many different connections, some with people I hadn't really even spoken with before. 

I think everyone who has asked has been helped, so far.  What an awesome feeling!  Thank you soooo much, to everyone who has been so generous!  I am truly amazed to know so many wonderful Rennies!!!
