They are sold at the Arizona faire. One of my friends has one and its more of a headband kind of thing.

So those 2,786 fabric samples I had came in handy.  Also some fur I had lying around.  It was so easy to make!  Took about two hours.  I can't wait to wear it!

A Hat?  :o

There is a name for a similar hat that is Mongolian, I think it is Minifig, if I remeber correctly. It had been 20 years since I did Mongolian.

After looking online I kept finding Mongolian or Mongol hat.
