A Fantastic Weekend coming up...DO NOT MISS IT!!!

This extended weekend at Sherwood will be stellar.  We begin by opening all day Friday of Spring Break, March 18th.  Kids and Families need to flood our gates.  We will entertain and offer a full day of merriment to all.

Saturday would be a grand day to camp.  It's going to be an event-packed day.

Besides all of our regular entertainment, we have many time nominated grammy new age singer, David Arkenstone performing during the day.  Marc Gunn will return to Sherwood this weekend as well.

That night after a full day of festivities, we will have our Second Annual merger of playtrons/campers/participants/management at the Rescue Rally at Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem Pub after the faire closing.  The event will be to raise money for the not-for-profit Rescue which assists rennies who find themselves in need of medical services.  There will be auctions of delightful items.  Half the proceeds from the pub will go directly to Rescue.  After that event, drummers and fire spinners will lead the croud through the woods to the Seven Sisters where there will be a Spring Solstice ceremony...followed by a magnificent drumming around a fire until the wee hours of the night. 


Plan to join us with all the energies you have in your bones.

Then Sunday, the gates open again.

Remember the First Annual Full Contact Joust Tournament on April 9th, the Saturday after the faire closes.  We have tremendous talent coming from around the United States to compete for a $20,000 purse.
