Stumbled upon this beauty last night while on IMDB.

What if Will Shakespeare had not wrote all those plays and poems. This move examines that beliefe and is set during the Essex rebellion. Vanessa Redgraves plays Elizabeth and actualy looks more the part than most any other I hae seen during the end of her reign.

And the costuming looks wonderful as well

Oooh...looks like my cup of tea.  I've always been facinated about all the different theories about who "really" wrote all of Shakespeares plays.
