You know what? I was working on making a 1600's era scabbard for my basket hilt claymore and it occurred to me- I'm really interested in seeing your horse-riding kilted Irishman persona! You have any pictures, or is this idea too new for that?

The Rabbi

Unfortunatly this idea is too new for that. Right now it is a concept created from the need to raise funds for my Festival the Spirit of Magic. Having had two sponsors back out on me this year I have decided my best bet is to do as much grassroot funding and marketing as possable so as I am not dependant on the need for sponsors. I funded this event last year on nothing but my VA and SS disability and just can not afford to do this again"I like to eat and pay my bills". With Oklahoma being cowboy country a horse is a natural marketing ploy. When this transcends from concept to reality I will glady post a pic or two.

So a horse walks into a bar and the bartender says... "Hey! Why the long face?"

Of course they let horses into bars!

Come to the Elizabeth Celtic Festival this year, as a friend of the Renaissance Scots. That will allow you to stay for the festivities in the evening after the festival shuts down... We're allowed to camp on-site. All those musicians and reenactors having one big party is nothing short of nuts!  8)
