Work Weekends and gatherings

 I may be a minority here, but I think we need to have at least a few weekends that do not fall on Major Holiday weekends i.e. Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day. There are a number of us that usually spend those times doing family reunions, going on vacations, or other such things. I know having the extra day (Monday) to hang out and depart at an easy pace is good, but for those of us who have regular plans on Holiday weekends, it doesn't allow us to go out there and help out or work on our sights. Maybe management can at least consider a couple other weekends?
