For those who aren't sure who Tyna was, there are albums on my Pbase and on Paul's.

I am not an employee of Scarborough Faire and to not represent them in any way.

Merlin the Elder

Damn. I didn't know Tyna personally, but I feel close to all the folks at Scarby because of all the years I've been going there—as if they/you were part of my family. Perhaps they/you are.

Please extend my sympathies to the rest of Scarborough, and to Tyna's family.

I've upped my standards. Now, up yours.

Oh No! That is very sad. We will miss her and our hearts go out to all her friends and family.

She will certainly be missed.
There are many places where compromise is expected;
LOYALTY is not amongst them.

Lady Kett

Aye, she will definitely be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family.

My heart probably won't stop aching anytime soon for one of my dearest friends.

To those who didn't know her and yet witnessed her smile just once, it was a blessing.
She loved truly, she accepted everyone, and lived fully.
She was almost done with school and was planning on committing her life to counseling.
Her motto going into the surgery was, "Cancer picked the wrong b****."

We talked on Thursday and joked about how I could bring pirates to visit her while she was recovering.
Oh the things I would have said if I had only known.

She will be missed so very much so.

Rest in Peace, beautiful.
Still Meggers, just a little more grown up now. :)

My thoughts go to her friends and family at this time of loss.  Always remember the smiles she gave you and the happy times as she watches from the Great Faire beyond.

I never met Tyna in person but did know her through my camera lens.
I'll always remember her smile.

Kim and I send our condolences.

We only knew Tyna in passing.  She always had a smile, and was always photogenic.  The sad part is our photos don't do her inner beauty any sort of justice.

We remember her in pictures, meager as they are...

I reached to touch a falling star,
so brilliant still from afar.
It passed so quickly from this place,
but still it brings a smile to my face.
For the love and vigor from its' tail,
will always flow to fill my sail.
