Gypsy Chemise

Halp!
my daughter has decided that she wants to be a gypsy for TRF. I don't have time to knock something out for her, so where can we buy a decent Gypsy chemise that doesn't cost and arm and a leg?

Can you give us an idea of what she means by "gypsy chemise?" Is that a cropped top like a choli? (I have a really nice cropped/short sleeve chemise from Ophelia's, but it would only provide coverage for the very small-busted, and I also don't see it on their website.) Or Something just sort of flowing and fanciful?

Anyway... ebay is always a great source for very inexpensive chemises (seriously; I've seen hip-length cotton chemises go as low as $15). Probably also etsy, but I haven't really checked over there.

With sales galore on Cottons, I am sure you could whip up somethong in a  few hours. I would stay away from Gauze.

The Tudor Shoppe has a gypsy blouse (which just looks like a regular short sleeved chemise to me) as well as the cropped top if that is what she is looking for..
