The Warriors Three

So this year for Halloween I believe I may have convinced my friends to join me as The Warriors Three from Thor. The bonus of this is I can use the costume again and again for Faire. Here's a picture

Obviously it won't be an exact replica, especially for my character Volstagg the Voluminous but I am putting it here for ideas. I thought of going more burgundy than the straight purple or pink his outfit tends to go for (there is precedent for it) the question is what top should I get? I was thinking of getting a Ravenswood jerkin or possibly a Pendragon doublet. The only other difficult part is the helmet. If anyone has any ideas, especially if it's a vendor at TRF it would be appreciated.

Well scratch that idea. The third person wasn't going to be able to take part so the idea has been scrapped.

However...I have come up with a solution. I am going to do an interpretation of the following for Halloween...which means I can also wear it at Faire. It's going to be a blast as I already have a top being designed by http://www.kristismart.com/mens-vests--waistcoats.html I know some of the bigger geeks out there will enjoy it...

I've never seen anyone go as Harry Mudd at a ren faire before.  Could be pretty cool . . . be sure to bring the women with you.

I am bringing some...fresh meat for the grinder that opening Sunday. Some of my girls know me and want "halloween costumes". Sorry folks, cherry has been promised to Ashley at Excalibur lol
