Good people, are you ready for dozens of bagpipes?  How about caber tossing?  KIlts by the score?  An Irish Setter or two?  Maybe some Scotties?  You can find all of these things, Tullamore, haggis and more at the River West Festival Park along the Arkansas River in Tulsa on September 16th - 18th.  I hope to see you there.
