Hey all!  Here are the details for the gathering/closing weekend at ORF.

Friday:
   7PM: Meet and greet at Max and Ermas
Saturday:
   9:30am: Tailgate in ORF parking lot
   10:30am: Gates open
   3pm: Toast, pinnings? and group picture at Aeling Knight pup.  Located next to the Joust.
   7:30 pm: Dinner and possibly pinnings at Max and Ermas
Sunday:
  10:30am gates open

They wouldn't give me any group rates for that weekend, however, for those of you not booked they do offer a Renaissance Package deal that includes room and combo tickets to the faire.  These tickets will also include some foood.  It's a decent deal.  There are more details posted on the website.  You can also get a small discount by booking online as well.
