Heee!  I'm so glad someone got a picture of us dead beggars.  Alms for the Dead!
I used to have a handle on life, but it broke.

35 photos from Sunday of week 3, Pirate Adventure.  A couple of them are slightly out of focus, but they were good ones, so I included them.

EDIT:  Apparently I also included a few photos of sad kids that I cropped out of other, less interesting photos.

Xed! I totally saw you guys out and about. If I had known it was you I would have hijacked you to talk mead.
I had hoped to get out to camping Saturday, but we were really late getting the shop closed up.

Now that's a damn shame.  We'll be back for xmas weekend, you need to post a pic of yourself so that we can keep an eye out, too!
oops.

THELADYKAT

Did anyone get any Pic of my little Dorian this weekend in or out of his wagon in his chain mail?
The Lady Kat.

Love with all your Heart, not just part of it.

MrHyde

I did!  Sat at the table next to you at the Sea Devil while Dorian kept chasing his Uncle Andrew and dragging him back.  PM me where you would like them sent.
Home Faire - Texas Renaissance Festival

I got one of you in the parade on sunday, but it came out so dark (and I didn't shoot it in raw format) that I didn't include it in the list.  None of the little one, though, sorry.. :(

Maybe someone will post a picture of them in the parade so I can see them. My daughter said some people refuse to walk next to her. They don't like being upstaged by a goat!

I think I got them...

Sorry, some of the pics are dark, I was running my camera on automatic all day; you win some, you lose some.

Yeah. I'll get a pic up tomorrow i guess.
I rarely have photos of any sort taken of me, since i'm pretty fug, but I'll put something together.
I'll just phone one in :)

I met some new people this weekend and they were all like "who the heck is this guy?"
It was creepy and stalk-tastic.

No problem!  Sorry its a little dark; I leave it on auto all day to stop it from stealing my soul. I always end up a complete slave to my camera when I bring it places.
We actually had to drag M away from your shop on friday, she even recognized the goat in your forum photo.  "Hey! Thats the goat I was petting at the faire!":)

Also, we talked about his i-patch all day.
oops.

DancingDogDairy

I thought the ipatch was pretty clever. Thanks again for the picture. You really made my day!

Xed - auto works most of the time, but I think the bright portion in the middle of the frame fooled your camera's meter into thinking there was enough light up front.  A little fill flash would probably take care of it without blowing out the background.

Thanks a ton for the tip!
The cam's got a small fill flash that would've been great for that situation (not even close to strong enough to light those people in the background), but it didn't occur to me to pop it out.  I was sharing it with my party, and neither of them know how to use a 'fancy camera,' so I set it on auto all day and hoped for the best.
Plus, liquor had drunkened me.
However, when I got home (and saw how many dark, out of focus photos we had collectively shot), I decided that one of the three days closing weekend will be reserved solely for photography.
oops.

Strange

It's a testament to my photo-phobia that the best picture of me in period garb is from an entirely different period.
Otherwise, I just look like this:

I'm sure this will be the pic they use on TV if I ever go postal.
