Actually, my new job gives me every weekend off. Its the husbands we gotta fandangle the dates on. Right now,he is actually off that Sunday and Monday, so if we can find someone to switch with him for that Saturday we may be on.

Looking forward to it Sir Richard! I gotta talk to my mom and brush up on my older bad movies and watch some newer bad ones too... There's a slim chance that we may see a Tropical storm here in Texas, so all I have been doing for the past three days is hitting up the Wal-mart bins for b-movies dealing with disasters. Bad B-moves + Great drinks = Hurricane party!

Mike, can you do the overlay on a PDF file?

I'm building the interactive map by bringing in a Google Earth graphic into PowerPoint, along with the photos, setting hyperlink points on the map that link to each photo (and each photo gets hyperlink back to the main map). I then save the file as a PDF as most systems can handle that format. Unfortunately Photobucket doesn't allow posting non-JPG files, so I need another hosting service. I can post it on the campgrounds Facebook page, but need to reach the non-Facebook users.

I'll be onsite this Saturday to chat with Terre, layout the placement for the flagpoles, and take alot more pictures for the interactive PDF presentation. If anyone else is onsite Saturday for the Job Faire, I'll be at the Globe Stage around 10 AM.

Mike, The overlay is saved in a raw image file for Gimp.  What I would end up having to do is either extract the image from the PDF or screen capture it.  A raw image is much better to work with.  That all being said, with the new area, we will most likely have to come up with a new grid format.

Yep, Google Earth updated in April this year. Shows the old family campgrounds roads and the new roads.

Image will need to be rotated 90 degrees to show North to the left. Actually, show CR 302 along the left side.

Camping with Rogue Society or Foghlae' Mara ( a branch on the RS tree)
This will be me and my mom and her fair virgin friend lol they are staying in a hotel and leaving me at the camp

Pirate weekend : Right now we are looking at least 15
Camping but not sure where yet with the new layout.

Thanksgiving Weekend : I know my hubs and I are going and at least one other couple from Rogue Society but beyond that no clue. Every year this is the weekend everyone says it is too cold to go and yet everyone shows up last minute to get one last taste of faire.
Camping but once again i will depend on the new camp grounds.

From what I have seen Rogue Society's old spot has not been messed with and the spot Foghlae' Mara camped last year for closing weekend is now the starting place for the new grounds. We are planning a recon trip when they open the gates to see the campground. If they are still going to.
