Just received the latest Museum Replicas LTD catalog in the mail. They now have MP&HG costumes for King Arthur, Sirs Robin, Lancelot, Bedevere, and Galahad, along with The Black Knight and the French Taunter. Although these are just for fun costumes (Not Garb), they are done quite nicely (albeit a tad expensive). If I had money to burn, I'd collect the whole set! The only downer is that they forgot Patsy  ;D ;D ;D.

Neat!  ;D

Yeah, they are a tad pricy however. Tunic and belt only priced too. Darn, would love to have a set myself.

I have long wanted to do the monks from Monty Python (done right). They crack me up every time I see them, lol.

Typical.

Dennis: What I object to is you automatically treat me like an inferior.

King Arthur: Well I am king.

Dennis: Oh, king eh? Very nice. And how'd you get that, eh? By exploiting the workers. By hanging on to outdated imperialist dogma which perpetuates the economic and social differences in our society.

Years ago some friends of mine did that for the Michigan Renaissance Festival, they even did the chant and the head-whacking. They were a huge hit with the crowd. It's actually pretty easy to do if you want to try it, I highly recommend it as it's ever so much fun!

I can picture you, Capn' Teague doing the Brother Maynard reading from the Holy Book of Armaments.

I will have to watch again and study the costume details from that scene. One of my favorites from the movie.
