Tricorns!

I am so excited, today I got my very first blank tricorn hat! My brain is busting wtih ideas to decorate it with.....I would love to see some pics of your own decorated tricorns (or similar hates) so I can start to narrow down what I really want, and maybe get some ideas about stuff I hadn't thought of. Thanks!

Rather than permanently stitching the brim to the crown to turn the hat blank into a tricorn, my wife sewed on little snaps that she camouflaged with the ribbon trim around the edge. Being able to unsnap it makes it easier to travel with or store along with our other hats since it can "nest" comfortably with other hats in the closet.
