So one of the reasons I've been absent lately is because I finally caved in. After years of attending and being friends I had to help a friend. He took over the Katy cast and needed help and I acquiesced. I knew if I ever did it would be bad and now here I am. Not just helping him...I am now a part of two different casts and basically the online presence for one of them. This has granted me certain suggestive abilities which is what I got passed for September....

It's the weekend after International Talk Like A Pirate Day so I convinced them to make it a Pirate Show. I know we have rennies who come but I wanted to invite everyone here as well. Yes, I know it's over a month in advance but hey I've been drinking rum and am inspired. I have not determined the prize for best garb, but there will be one.

PS-If you're doing nothing this weekend, the other show I'm a part of is having our monthly show in Houston. Saturday night at midnight at the River Oaks Landmark Theater. All are welcome, we have a bar. If you arrive and see a line, fumble the line. The bar is upstairs, you don't have to wait in line.

River Oaks is where I was taken so so many years ago for my virgin visit :)

IMO I see River Oaks as the big show and the Katy show as the minor leagues so to speak. Sadly sacrificing virgins has become difficult at River Oaks only because of volume. We had over 400 people the last show. The show before that we had the most people of any Landmark Rocky show in the nation for the month. It's getting insane and I have no idea how I managed to con my way into playing Riff Raff lol

Well this was about 15 years ago or so, didn't even have a full house the night I went. They had lots of fun with me, and I had a blast :)

A quick reminder for those not going to Sherwood this weekend we would love to see you in Katy.

If you do plan on coming you can stop by and say hi, I should be the only cast member as a pirate.

Also make sure you buy your tickets in advance, we sold out last time and people were left outside.
