Any food allergies by anyone attending?  I want to make sure and bring something that doesn't kill anyone!

People during Renaissance times didnt have food allergies!!  They just died!!

Sorry, just had to.  That is very curteous, though.

LOLOL!  :D

I know of one person that is allergic to all things wheat/gluten but she is planning to bring something that won't kill her. ;)

Wondering if I should wear my rainboots today for the tour... It rained hard yesterday and last night.  Think it's a mucky, muddy mess out there today?

Was told the ground is firm but boots might be a good idea as the grass is still wet.  See everyone soon!

Hope everyone had a great walk through the camp grounds.  The wife and others called so that I can at least hear the sounds of the camp ground (o:

Thank you, all of you who weathered the damp day and came out to see what improvements have been made.

I hope everyone's fears have been eliminated. I tried to catch everyone wither in the campgrounds or at the Quickie Mart.

If you still have questions, please pass them on.

Mike I didnt get a chance to speak with you today at the campground but did have a quiestion for you. Was there ever any clarification on Participants in the patrons campgrounds? can they come visit with their clan members? Do they have to have a camp pass?

What's the overall opinion of new grounds from the folk what went?

LOL, I think we are splinter free!  :D

Mouse,  the general camping area is pretty much the same.  It's the new entrance and such that I think is going to throw people off a bit (the people that aren't aware of the change).  But I'm sure that will smooth out rather quickly.

Mouse, the only complaint I can imagine at this point might be from the family campers and the physical difference of their area, from shady trees to an open area with new ones.  That will improve with time, and there are perimeter areas with trees too.

As for the "regular" campgrounds, rows 1-5 of the overflow parking for camper parking (so campers can take their cars close to the entrance instead of walking all the way from the new back areas) and the rest of overflow row for new camping is definitely going to be different, and I wouldn't say in a bad way, just pointing it out.  And as Bonny Pearl said, the new entrance with 24 hr. security booth and, I believe, having the end of the rows in overflow blocked now, will change the constant circling of cars all through the night.  All in all, the big changes are several years down the road.

And having flushing privies right by the exit will make the sad drive home on Sunday much nicer.
