2012-2013 Schedule (subject to change)

Monday Dec. 31      Campgrounds open noon
Monday Dec. 31      New Year's Party
Tuesday Jan. 1      Campgrounds close 4 PM

This weekend Clan/Groups may bring out and keep onsite their camping equipment, trailers, etc. In addition, anyone with a Friends of Faire pass and not camping in the Clan/Group reserved camping areas may setup their camps for the season (please have a sign on your tent, trailer, RV that you have a FoF pass). Move-out is the weekend after Faire closes.

This weekend is the Vendor move-on date. If you are not working in the Faire area as a volunteer, please do not roam around the Faire area, other than at the Pub Friday evening for the music, at the Pub Saturday for the potluck, or at the Seven Sisters Friday and Saturday for the fire circle and drumming sessions.

Additionally, the Performance Company will kick into high gear Jan 5 – Feb 3. Please try to stay away from their rehearsals. Volunteers may be called in to clear up any debris in a rehearsal area as needed.

I will be coming onsite for some of the additional work weekends, but definitely the Jan 18 weekend, as I need to mow the Participant's campgrounds for the move-on of Vendors and Entertainers, plus relocate my trailer to the 2013 season location.
