The grid map is going to have to be deeply revised.

Besides the premium campgrounds, there is additional area cleared in the South-West area.

I doubt an air survey will be done in the next couple of years, so existing Google Maps, etc. will have to be taken at face value.

If I get the time, I'll do a GPS survey showing all the areas, but I figure folks exploring the new areas will be better.

We have a great turn-out for the open house today and I hope all questions were answered.

The updated map has been posted.  See page 1, Post 1 for the new map.  Note that the camps are not all shown as I need to know the new coordinates.  So, please post your coords here so that I can get the map updated with your name and area.  Also note that the original is a big image.  Click on the image to get the bigger image to show.  I'll be watching for coord updates and will update the map as time allows.  If anyone knows the location of the faire buildings (eg showers, quickie marts), post those also please.

KP, I'm pretty sure that on the map you've got McShug parked right where the Bayou Scoundrel's camp, next to PR.  McS generally fills in most of the grid square bounded by 23-D, 24-E, unless they've moved.  They're across the little road from where you've got them. 


Oh, and I see the numbers have been flipped upside down.  That's going to make things... interesting, for a while.

New map, new numbers. 

It didn't make sense to base the map on row numbers anymore because of the new areas.  However, I fully expect us to continue to use the row references as landmarks for our visitors.  I'll get McShug updated as soon as I have some other updates so that I can knock them all out at once.

Clan Destiny will probably nudge up to D-22 thanks to the new expansions which took our back wall. Thanks for your help.
