Okay, so unfortunately, we couldn't be at opening weekend of faire and I am dying to get my Faire Fix!  So, those of you that were frolicking around with your fairy boxes surely have some pictures that we'd love to see!!  I know it's a hassle to post pictures after a long day at faire, but if each of you that took pictures posted just 3-4 of your favorite photos tonight, those of us that missed out on the festivities would be ever so grateful!  Surely, if Lady DeLaney, Blushing or Celtic Rune Stones were there they've got good pictures, right?   Pretty please??!!! ;D

Capt Gabriela Fullpepper

NOPE. I took very few. I don't feel the magic of photography at CoRF and just did not get much. Kind of like the artist, if nothing inspires you, you don't do it. Sorry :-(

Sorry to hear that! :-\  I hope you enjoyed yourself today though!  Hopefully, it wasn't too smokey and you could actually breathe.

I left my camera at home!!  >:( And then I got home... and discovered that I actually left the camera in my back seat, underneath of my shield, which I decided to not take in with me because it's heavy and I was feeling lazy.  :o

CapnJack

ARGH, I hate it when I do something like that!  (so basically at least twice weekly)

I was there Sat. I'm glad I'm not the only one who was in a photo funk.

Ah, Your Grace, as always your chivalry shines through to help out a damsel in distress! Huzzah!!  Thank you, thank you for the link to so many amazing pictures.  What fun to see them all.  I certainly hope you and the Duchess had a lovely weekend at faire and are getting a bit of rest today from your abundant merry making! ;D

Sadly, the number of photos for week #1 was limited by the wrath of the rain gods.  :'(

Hey!  15 and 16 are the Earl and Countess of Surrey!  Fun!

Blushing

Sadly, I missed Saturday because I was at work for another marathon shift.  Sunday I was at faire, but so drained from work covering the local fire that I didn't feel like myself at all, and I'm terribly afraid that came through with my photos, so I haven't even looked at the ones I did take.

I WILL be at faire this coming weekend however, although I'm having serious trouble navigating the shire on my like-new knee.  I think I might have to pull out my stick so I don't crash.

Cheers!

Earl of Surrey

Butch,

It is indeed us!  How do you like the new duds?  The Countess made them.

I'm not Butch, but the duds look mighty fine.  Must be some good coin floatin' in CO.  The Duke and Duchess also are sporting new threads!

I've posted some pictures from Sunday on Facebook. I don't know if this will work but I'll try to link the album here.

...It appears that I have a proxy!  So, let me add that the duds look mighty fine!  Can't wait to see them in person!

Week #2, much different story than week one - same link (they are all in one pool)

awsome pictures from the cat show. I am hoping someone gets me and Kirill having a chat when he gets on the wall behind me.

Happily, I present the photos from this weekend (and previous weeks).

Sadly, I have to report that it was my last week at faire for the season.

Happily, I will be traveling far to the west of the shire to photograph the wonders of our deserts, canyons, and mountain sunsets.

Sadly, I will miss you all!

Until next we meet, safe travels  :'(

It appears our paths did not meet up on the 29/30th.  Great photographs and thanks for sharing!

Had a GREAT time on Saturday!  Thank-you all very much!  I cannot thank Capt Spleen enough for his generous hospitality.  I regret having drank so much rum at the end of the day!  It was great seeing Norfolk and the Duchess, the Earl and Countess of Surrey, Edmund Howard (who is a MINER!), and all the other wonderful board members (and non-board members!) in the lanes!  You have a great faire!

Do you know those people?
Well, the guy on the far right looks a lot like Cap'n Spleen.  The man and woman in the middle lremind me of some mid-level royalty I met in Canterbury.  That guy on the left though, he looks like some drunken French sailor I've seen trying to corrupt the high fallootin social climbers from Bracknell!

I am a little late in posting, but Bogie and I had a lovely time for Celtic weekend!  It was so wonderful to meet everyone and we will certainly be back next year!  Thank you all for welcoming us into your CoRF family!

T'was a pleasure to host you and yours Butch! I did have fun, and good to see you and everyone else that day.
And a  new  life game called "BullMoose" - sheesh!!!
I too had a bit too much rum at days end, but I'll blame Siroo who used to peruse this site......

See you at RenDezVous in October, Mate! You seem to have it all well in hand, Sir!
