Where do you like to sit back and watch the crowd go by?
Even if just for a half-hour.

Any of the "bench/arbors" - there's one between Odeon and POW and another that is a particularly interesting spot for people watching.

I USED to say the Sea Devil but it has become so crowded with Danes it's only useful as a meeting place. >:(  The Barbarian Inn, second floor, is a great out-of-the-way place to people watch.  ;)

The wife and I hung out at the Barbarian Inn and watched the rain nd crowds on opening weekend.  Very nice.  We also had fun sitting in front of Indulgences and watching people stream through the front gates.

Our group likes the area in front of indulgences, in front of the Drabbit place, and then down by the Ooden. The sea devil use to be fun but WAY too crowded the past few years. It was difficult last year finding a 'hang out' place where people didn't mind the fuzzlet.
It is kind of strange watching your personal history become costume.

Indulgences is fun if you can manage to grab a chair, which really isn't hard, but even so. Another fun place is near the jousting area. That is a good place for people watching. My favorite though, is Indulgences.

I'm splendid. That is all.

One of my stops is the boot polish guy just down from the Pirate shop,  great guy to chat with and a great place to people watch and I get my boots clean, polished and conditions the guy does a great job for a very reasonable price.   The other place is the Polish Inn in nice weather sitting out side with a drink listen to Iris and Rose and watch people.

The Barbarian Inn provides a great elevated view of crowds, and The Pavilion is an excellent spot near the front gate to relax and enjoy refreshments while people watching.  The bench/arbors are really good for when you want to watch the crowds without a lot of people seated immediately around you.

The Barbarian Inn has quickly become one of my favorite places to relax and people watch.  The Sea Devil is not so great any more since the ladies we have all come to love and look forward to seeing are no longer there.

No wonder I can't find anyone anymore.  They've all shuffled to new hangouts (o:

I still stop by the devil, but I find myself purchasing my beverages elsewhere most of the time because the service is usually slow, especially in one line that I avoid at all possible times.  If they would replace the bar maid that is slow and then also add one so they can re-open the station at the deck I'm sure it would help.
