This is our first year camping. we went out an purchased a quite generator just for the fair. we wonted to be considerate of others. I have to agree some of them are way to loud. Granted my generator is not honda but its rated at the same sounf levels as the honda of it same size. I asked the others around me if it was to loud and all said it was fine they couldnt hear it in thier campers.

Thanks for being a considerate Human Being.

I always ponder how it is someone will buy $50k trailer (or more) and then cheap out on the rest of their gear.  Guess they're broke after buying the trailer.  (o:

It was the new area, Bonnie.  We thought we'd give it a try since it was very empty when we pulled in.
It's easy to look at my illustrations above and think "Well, she's exaggerating a bit", but I kid you not, that's the way it was, to the best of my memory and from the few photos we took around our campsite.

Again, not a big deal and I'm not really grousing about it - I just thought it was odd how they skipped "huge tracts of land" to come set up all cozy with us.  We were wondering if that was the norm for some areas, or if we were missing some subtle social behavior clues somewhere...

(Got in yet another movie quote, there... ;) )

Barbarian Queen you were mentioned in the latest edition in TRFWTF.
QuoteTRF(WTF?) would like to extend our unofficial welcome to a couple of new camps in the Id10T camping. The Bondage Camp and Clan Dragonborn (aka the Naked Knights and Disrobed Damsels). Bondage Camp is self-explanatory and Dragonborn are clothing optional. Both of these camps represent (in our opinion) a refreshing step away from the hyper-family-friendly, Kid-Safe™, and quite frankly blasé direction things have been heading for a few years.  We don't have anything against family-friendly, but we do have a nit about all-or-nothing-family-friendly. We love the fact these new camps are here and hopefully some of us can visit them at some point!

WOW!  THat's crazy.  Word sure gets around doesn't it!
I also notice that they've been forced to close up shop - hope it's not related.

Also - I don't know how I feel about our camping area being called Idiot's camping...

Pretty sure the "ID10T" reference was for everyone on the "Other Side of the Fence".  That would include all of us who are not participants.  Don't let it bother you (o:
