What's for supper?

It's beef loaf for us tonight. Not meat loaf - it has a lot less meat and more veggies and stuff. We'll see how it is.

(The pizza burgers were excellent, for anyone who wondered!)

Chicken tenderloins, marinated in sun-dried tomato vinegarette then grilled, cheesey mashed potatoes, and steamed sweet corn.  Mmmnomnomnomnom.

Beef Taco's

I usually give Toki a choice and it was either Hamburger Steak, Mashed potato's, beef mushroom gravy and corn or Taco's. he chose Taco's

Tomorrow is most likely Surf and Turf... A nice juice medium rare sirloin steak, fried shrimp and a backed potato,

After havin' Russian Duck (rush-in, duck-out) for lunch today....*urp! 

I'm lookin' forward to a Mighty Magnificent Michelle (inspired) Kitchen Sink Salad tonight!

Some fresh bibb lettuce, cucumbers, radishes, tomatoes, bell peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, shredded carrots, chick peas, green beans, blueberries, feta cheese, n' sliced natural almonds...drizzled with tabasco & olive oil...

Tacos (salad for me, meat and cheese only for the Ranger). Meat's already in the crockpot to cook all day, shell has already been baked, just need to make the salad part, maybe open a can of refrieds.
