Planning Now To Start A New Renfaire?

I've been on a few Renfaire boards in the past four years.  It was hard to find sponsors for the two faires I was involved with so they are no longer around.  It is obvious that the economy had an affect on what events companies will spend advertising dollars on.

Some month, this economy is going to turn around and companies will loosen their purse strings again.  Are you Renfaire planners already making plans to start or expand your events?  There is no time like the present to look for a new site for a faire, to keep in touch with performers and vendors or look for potential sponsors.
