None of which can operate without electricity, or employees. McLotofus' kitchen only needs propane and food to cook. I keep a minimum of 30lbs (ususally 60lbs) of propane, and if I'm at faire there will be more than enough food for the McLotofus members and guests scheduled to attend that weekend.
