Build it and they will come. Splendid idea. There are really not any places like this truly, in the Houston area. I believe folks would welcome it. 21 and up would be good. Anything higher would just deter clientelle. We want the younger crowd to mingle with the older. Remember, we were younger when we discovered renfest! Excellent idea tho'. I would also suggest farther north of Houston. Plenty of clientelle from Houston, Spring, Woodlands, Conroe, etc. to visit. Just my two pence.
