Greetings!

I've been asked to put together a checklist of all the teeny tiny details that go into setting up a soft site faire. Up here in Ontario, Canada, the vast majority of our festivals are on soft sites. We just finished our Pirate Fest, and although there is a fantastic board, inevitably there are things that don't get done.

Does anyone have something like this that they are willing to share? Obviously it must be modified for each site.

Barring that, here are my overall "Heading" Categories:

Overall Timeline
Vendors
Site Management
Volunteers
Cast
Advertising & Marketing
Costuming
Merchandise
Performers
Fundraisers & Sponsors
Decor
Food & Drink

What am I missing? Help me out, all you faire organizers!

In "Site Management", please remember to include "parking", and "security".

Good luck!
