My question to the site admin(s) is whether or not it is permitted to open a topic in which bad, dishonest business practices of a specific on line Renaissance, Medieval store can be posted, and discussed here. Not mentioning the site by name, but it is notorious for numerous issues, including extremely late deliveries, refusing to fulfill orders and/or provide refunds, not responding to customer complaints. The site it given the BBB's poorest rating.

Can this be addressed here?  I want to alert as many faire goers as possible that this particular site is a bad risk.  Please advise.
