How to sew a Quilt?

Did anyone knows how to sew a quilts properly. Is there any proper method or steps to follow? Thanks.

There are many, many different methods.  Are you looking making a quilt as they would have done in the middle ages/renaissance or a modern looking quilt?  I know there are a ton of youtube videos and how to guides out there for modern quilts.

I dabble in quilt making.  "Proper" is a wide term and as far as steps pretty much it's just sewing a bunch of "pieces" together.  The last step would be the binding.  I've done hand sewn, quilt as you go and combinations.
