What do I do? Plan for next year!  ;D
Sort out patterns, buy new ones.....do a little fabric inventory, buy new fabric!  ::) Then get sewing towards January! LOL!
We are planning a trip to Pa. Faire and maybe Maryland Faire, since things didn't go as planned last year.

The Bunny People

The bunny people, Captain Jack Rabbit, and Juliet will be off to PA Mount Hope to play next weekend and see all of our friends down there.  We will continue to the Maryland faire for the Labor day weekend (3 days) to see all of our friends from Sterling what will be performing there.  Wish we could afford to do more.  Unfortunately will not be able to attend the Ollcott Celtic Festival as I'll be back in PA at a magician's convention.  Our daughter is having a baby in October (great planning on her part) and from Thanksgiving to Christmas we will be looking forward to weekends in Skaneateles for the Dicken's festival.
We be busy as beavers.  Wait!  New animal characters??  Beavers??  Lots of new very bad jokes??
Magically yours,

I'm trying to plan an 11th hour crash of the Invasion at the Maryland Renaissance Festival during Labor Day weekend. I hadn't checked the calendar so I didn't realize Labor Day is on the 1st this year. My birthday is August 31st, so I'm really anxious to make it work.

Also trying to organize a second trip to MDRF later in Sept. or Oct. and hopefully, a visit to PARF somewhere in Sept.

Labor day weekend and again in October I will be taking advantage of having relatives in the boston/plymouth/cape cod area and sleeping in their homes while spending most of my time at King Richard's faire.

Hope to get to MD for a weekend, and PA.  I've already got the ticket sfor PA so it would be a waste not to.  right?

Two weeks after Sterling Opening Weekend was Great Lakes Medieval Faire, and this past weekend was Michigan's opening weekend.  Two weekends from now will be Maryland (hopefully) if Lady Heather is still in condition to travel that far by auto, being 7 months pregnant.

Then it's planning a persona and garb for next year.  The armor is going on a rack for a couple years at least; hard to chase around a little one with all that on.
Always on the lookout for my next noble cause.

And because a flail don't need reloading, that's why.

We're already in Maryland for opening weekend and labor day weekend, then it's back to Rochester.

We'll be at Olcott for the Niagara Celtic Festival also.

We'll be attending the Syracuse Irish Festival, http://www.syracuseirishfestival.com/which is September 5-6 {we'll be there Saturday}.

It's downtown, in Clinton Square. Not the most likely setting for a post-Sterling season 'fix', but Enter the Haggis and Merry Mischief will be there, and of course PLENTY of Guiness  ;D
50% Endora, 50% Aunt Clara.
