I thought I'd take a short break from posting UK & Ireland pictures from 2001, and post some from a trip to New England in 2006.
(NOTE 1: The time stamp on the shots is CDT, I didn't reset the clock for local East Coast Time when we landed in Boston.)
(NOTE 2: All of these were shot with a Samsung L55W 5MP Point-n-Shoot.)

Dinner at Mad Fish in Humarock, MA

Atlantic Sunrise at Humarock, MA

Some people Sailboarding at Falmouth, MA

Some Llamas at Fruitlands B&B, Marshfield, VT

(And, after that, I have to post a link to the Llama Song Video;D

Misc. wedding and engagement jazz.  Used to limit myself to five or six a year, but bailed out of it a couple years ago.  While most weddings are a pain in the backside, shooting a ren wedding sounds like it could be more fun.

That first window shot is killer. And that Marine in the last shot should be out front!  ;)

Thanks!  If you knew what kinds of gestures he was making back there, you'd understand why he is where he is.   :)

You'd have been very proud of him.  He was certainly living up to the nickname.   :)

Pretty cool kid, too.

People in their 20's are still kids these days (no offense to you youngsters). Our son informed us last night he was planning on staying home until he's at least 20-22!

And to stay on topic, here's a shot when I was 13 or 14 years old (I'm in the front). I spent 3 years +/- on this boat. A ALL wood boat, constantly taking on water and sinking. Did I mention how much I hate boats?

Thanks, Jon.  Now I'm gonna have the Gilligan's Island theme song stuck in my head all afternoon.   :)

But, you'd still be dealing with The Bride, and the Mother of The Bride ...  ;)    ;D

(And, they might have Swords & Knives!   :o  )

Yeah, the swords and knives would definitely be a new dynamic to contend with.   :)

//Never, in a few dozen weddings, did I meet "Bridezilla".  Met a couple mothers I had to talk out of some things, but never had a bad bride.

As weather.com is calling for a rainy Saturday at the Faire, I thought I'd go with a mud theme.

Those are excellent shots. But the second from the last is killer. I like how both guys are sitting there without any gear...
