Sherwood's last day for this season was last Sunday.  It will be open 7 weekends next year, plus a Friday during Spring Break (in Texas, not sure when Spring Break is in other States).  They've scheduled it to end the week before Scarborough Renaissance Festival opens at Waxahachie, TX.

Great pictures. I will soon be Faire season here in the DC area. I need to start working on the garb again.

We have a new house guest. The nest is hanging on our car post about eye level.  I noticed mom a week ago.  Technically I seen the dove flying around for a while but just thought it was stealing the dog's food. I saw the nest last week the bird hasn't moved since. Today I noticed it sitting higher and saw the little chick.

Sometime around Mother's Day, I should have some shots my parents have taken of a Hummingbird that has nested on their house the last two years.  This year my parents were able to get some shots of the two babies that hatched.
