OOooohhh..... Cold.

Kinda' reminds me of a comment I overheard a few years ago at the Castle's pub that really stuck in my head....

"Oh MY Gawd....he looks like he raped the drapes......."

The funny thing is, when we first got into garbing last year, Queen Mab gave us the wise advise to specifically look for upholstery fabrics because the regular stuff will fray and and never hold up to the Oklahoma weather. The sad thing is when searching for the right material like damask and jacquard fabrics, it all looks sort of the same and it's hard to find something that others have not used.

For Halloween at TRF, why don't you try a Steam Punk version of "Went with the Wind"?   ;D

I had heard that there was going to be a Steam Punk invasion for All Hallows Eve... that ought to make things interesting.

Actually, my mom just redid an antique sofa in that fabric.  But I must say, I like it better as garb.

For those that don't know me personally I do quite a bit of fishing.  First thing in the mornings you can usually find me at the docks catching bluegills which I use as bait to catch larger fish.  Just about every morning I'm visited by this female raccoon.  I always feed her a few fish to keep her occupied mainly to keep her from getting into my boat which she has attempted in the past.  This day I managed to load her up and take a few pictures of her in the process. BTW, the lakes name is "Raccoon Lake" .. seriously  ;)

Mission Accomplished! Fully stuffed and laying down on my docking rope after eating 6 large bluegills and a gizzard shad.
VENI, VIDI, VELCRO! Spelling and grammatical errors are beyond my control, it's the way I'm wired.
