What Faires are open at present in the South?

I miss the part of the old website where it had listed which Faires were currently open, and which were about to open.  Can anyone tell me what Faires are open now in or near Texas or OK?

I could be wrong but I do not think there are any.  TRF does not open until mid-October and the Castle at Muskogee has an event at around the same time.   To bloody hot for faires in the south until October.

Here's what's coming up in OK.  The Oklahoma Scottish Games in Tulsa on September 12 - 14.  The Messina Italian Ren Fest in Bristow on September 20.  It's a first year fest combined w/ a wine fest as there are some vineyards about 30 miles southwest of Tulsa.

There are also rumors of a Medieval Faire in Shawnee on November 8th.  If it happens, it will be outside of a casino.

A list of faires on the net can be found at www.faires.com  They keep it pretty much updated.

Serendipity Haven will be September 6-21 at Rocky Hill Ranch in Smithville, TX (where the old Excalibur Faire used to be).  The third weekend is a pirate invasion.  There's a listing on here under smaller faires in the South area.

Oct 18 & 19 - Central Missouri Renaissance Festival in Columbia, Mo
Oct 25 & 26 - Northwest Arkansas Renaissance Festival in Fayetteville, Ark

I am still awaiting information back on CMRF but myself and the Kiss will definately be performing at NwARF in Faytteville.
